1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TuKonnect (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Platform. TuKonnect serves as a platform linking event creators, fans, staying guests, and voters in Kenya.
2. Cryptographic Ticket Vault
TuKonnect issues dynamic, secure cryptographic ticket codes that prevent fraud and illegal scalping. Tickets purchased on our platform are bound to the purchaser's verified session. Reselling tickets outside the authorized platform channels is strictly prohibited and will void the associated access credentials.
3. Awards & Talent Voting
Votes cast in TuKonnect-hosted pageants and contests are verified and processed instantly via integrated mobile payments (e.g. M-Pesa). Refunds are not issued for votes cast. Voting results are compiled dynamically and updating on live leaderboards.
4. BNB & Staycation Booking
Guest bookings on stays listed within the Platform are subject to organizer verification and security deposits. Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified by the individual host. TuKonnect holds funds in escrow until checkout to ensure safety and quality for guests and hosts.
5. Platform Fees & Trial Wallet
TuKonnect charges standard convenience fees on ticket sales and stay listings. For testing purposes, you are provided with a simulation Trial Wallet. Trial Wallet balances hold no physical currency value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and are strictly for demonstration.
6. Limitation of Liability
TuKonnect is not responsible for event cancellations, performer lineups, host cancellations, or network failures during streaming. We act as an facilitator and infrastructure provider for physical events and accommodation.
